It’s been more than two years since I last bought a book. Okay, well there was my Russell James book but that was purchased with a gift card and not much text in that. Whatever books I’ve read since, have been donated or borrowed from friends and the public library. Yes, I am the only person left in the modern world that carries a library card. I even pay library fines. I find it comforting and charming to be able to turn the pages of a book and to feel the delicate paper that have been touched by so many others before me.

Recently, while browsing the book store, my friend, pointed out a book she thought I would be interested in. She was right. I had to have it. Sorry trees. And now it is a permanent part of my collection. I feel that it may be a real page turner.

I know. It’s pretty deep and heavy reading.
