rebohême

This is Bambi’s second year participating in the FIG (Fashion Interest Group) fashion show at UC Irvine. Her new line, ReBohême, is dreamy bohemian with a gone green attitude. All pieces in her collection are made from previously worn fabrics, many of which she found in thrift stores. With ReBohême, Bambi hopes to inspire others to seek sustainable alternatives in fashion as well as in their everyday lives.

Please feel free to ouuuu and aahhh with me.

Thanks to all the models who volunteered their time to help ReBohême come alive on the runway. Those heals aren’t easy to walk in.

Special thanks to MUA Diana Rico, for transforming the girls into stunning goddesses.

And thank you Bambi for letting me tag along for my first backstage experience. Even though I was entertained by the flying false lashes, frantic hair teasing, and exposed butt cheeks, I was in awe at the undeniable presence of raw talent from the designers who feverishly put the finishing touches on their models before their descent onto the 40ft runway. Baby, you did it!
